I have been working with Justin for just about 2 years now. When I quit working at a job where I was on my feet for 8 hours a day and moved to a desk job, I knew I had to keep in shape.
Justin has helped me (and my wife) gain strength, increase my cardio, and keep my waistline from exploding.

Justin Williams is an excellent trainer. He is knowledgeable and intuitive which is a great combination in a person who is helping you to change your body.
When I was injured skiing he was amazing with my rehab. He would give me a specific exercise to do and the next day my orthopedic Doctor would suggest the same thing – a very reassuring thing to have happen with your trainer.
He knows nutrition and has helped several of his clients with weight loss as well as physical conditioning.
Working with a personal trainer is a very personal experience and while having someone who knows his business is very important the added benefit of Justin is that he is just an all around good guy and enjoyable to spend your time with.

I have been working with him for over 6 years and have accomplished a variety of goals with his help. No workout is ever the same and even after 6 years, he is still introducing new workout techniques and exercises into my routine. Currently with Justin’s help, my fiance and I are training to get into shape for our wedding. Justin goes above and beyond just being a trainer. It is hard to lose weight as you age, and even harder to find something that is fun. Working with Justin has reminded me that working out can be fun. The workouts in the gym with him are tough and challenging no doubt! But he also helps you find workouts for your days out of the gym that will help you meet your goals and keep you moving.
You might think that the exercise part of training is all you are looking for, but the workouts are not where he stops. Justin also helps with your nutrition goals and challenges. I have tried several plans that he has recommended until I found the right one for me.
Now I feel that training with Justin isn’t just about the gym, it is about my life, and my life has improved with his help!

Justin is just the best. As a woman of a “certain age,” (ok, 70 is in the rear view mirror), I mostly want to maintain – to maintain going up and down stairs, to carry more than one bag of groceries at a time, to stay upright on a walk, to open a jar of pickles.
And Justin keeps me doing all these things. He tailors workouts to suit me (artificial knees and hip? Yup, so we work with them, not against them); my balance has gotten much better.
Weight is not an issue for me, but strength and flexibility are, and I really love Justin for his good sense about exercise and his ways of encouraging me to keep on maintaining!

Following the birth of my first child, I contacted Justin for help with strength training and weight loss. After the first few sessions, I invited my sister to join our workouts and we’re going on almost 2 years of partner training with Justin one day a week.
Justin always puts a lot of effort into diversifying our workouts based on the latest trends in the fitness industry, and he makes sure that we use the correct form every time!

I was very hesitant when my sister first dragged me to a personal training session. I wanted someone who would listen to my needs and work with me on my level.
It was destiny when I met Justin. He has made it possible to meet my goals and feel better and stronger.

Justin is fantastic! It has been a long time since I have worked out and was worried if this was the right path for me. Since I have started strength training, some joints have started to hurt a little.
I let Justin know, and he tailors the workout to still being really good, but not to injure anything. When I get frustrated, he is supportive. When I hit a goal, he is excited for me.
My goal was to bench 180 lbs, and I was able to do 3 reps last night at that weight! I am so excited to continue my journey with Justin.

“the best part of working with a trainer is the accountability…”
Justin has been fantastic. I’ve been working with him since May and have seen great results. The best part of working with a trainer one on one is the accountability to show up for the scheduled session, and I always look forward to going because Justin regularly changes up my workouts and keeps them fun.
The variety is way more than I could come up with myself and I always feel like I’ve had a great workout because we are working slightly differently each day.
He’s been very aware of some limitations I have and does a great job working to strengthen and address them.
